These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the website operated by McQueen's Pharmacy ('we', 'our', or 'us'). They apply to your access to and use of the website and any associated pages, services, or content made available through it (together referred to as the 'Site'). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop using the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The Site is intended to provide information about pharmacy services offered by McQueen's Pharmacy, Unit 3, Maplehurst Close, Dartford, Kent DA2 7WX, a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the UK. If you choose to access the Site from outside the UK, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply. 6. Bookings, consultations and pricing
When you book a private service through the Site, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Some services require a clinical consultation and we reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate. Prices for private services are shown on the relevant service page and are reviewed periodically. NHS services are delivered free at the point of care where you are eligible. You can cancel or reschedule most appointments up to 24 hours before your booking at no charge; please contact us on +44 1322 310862 as early as possible if you cannot attend. Refunds are issued in line with the policy shown at the point of booking.
7. Hyperlinks and third party sites
The Site may contain hyperlinks or references to third party advertising and websites other than the Site. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party advertising or websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink or reference does not mean that we endorse that third party website, products or services. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party site and is at your own risk.
8. Our responsibility to you
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes any losses resulting from reliance on information contained on the Site, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to Site systems. If we breach these Terms or are negligent, we are liable to you for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result. 15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the Site will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
